Greg is a former CEO, President, and General Manager with a track record of building, scaling, and transforming B2B technology and industrial services companies. Kyle Park is a highly accomplished technology executive and M&A specialist with over 30+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A transactions, strategic advisory and leading both early-stage and public technology companies. As a co-founder of Harvest Management Partners, he advises global technology clients on strategic exits. His expertise spans the semiconductor ecosystem, including AI/ML, security, and automotive electronics, as well as SaaS and security software. In his prior life as a CFO; he has raised over $500M+ in PE, debt and venture financing. Outside of work, Kyle is an avid sports and outdoor enthusiast who speaks conversational Italian and is passionate about organic farming and great wine.
